Shakespeare on the River

Shakespeare on River (ages 12-18)

Shakespeare on the River is a 5 week Shakespeare Intensive for students, ages 12-18. The students will help design and build their own sets and costumes, under the guidance of working professional designers and teachers, as well as rehearsing a full length production of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest. The students will also have workshops taught by professionals in the theatre industry in stage combat, Shakespeare language and scansion, and improvisation. The program will culminate with performances of The Tempest at the treasured and gorgeous Blue Hole Regional Park in Wimberley, Tx July 30,31 and August 5,6.
